For private group or family adventures, customization is key – whether a cozy gathering or a family of 20, we tailor the expedition to your vision. For solo travelers with EpicTerra Expeditions, the 'single supplement' shadow is no cause for concern. We aim to pair you with a like-minded companion of the same sex, prioritizing connection on the road less traveled (unless you specify a solo adventure is your preference). Should a companion be elusive, fear not – the single supplement is your key to unlocking the epic door and securing your place in the expedition. As a solo explorer, your unique adventure awaits, and we stand ready to transform the solitary path into a shared quest. 

Embark on your EpicTerra Expedition swiftly by securing your spot with a 25% non-refundable deposit via credit card, personal check, or bank wire transfer. At 180 days before departure, another 25% is due, followed by the final 50% at 120 days prior. You'll be provided payment notifications via email. For those joining within 180 or 120 days, the appropriate payment amounts will be necessary for booking. Alternatively, you have the option of paying for the entire expedition at once. For your EpicTerra Expedition, the question of "How much money should I bring?" echoes like an old tune, with no straightforward answer. Many expenses are woven into our itineraries, but for souvenirs, the trusty USD opens doors in almost all local markets. It's embraced in bustling bazaars and village stalls, ensuring flexibility. For grander pursuits, the reliable credit card takes the stage. We guide you through shopping, helping you seamlessly transition USD into local currency for treasures that carry the charm of cherished memories. 

If the need to cancel your EpicTerra Expedition arises, swift communication is key. Please convey cancellations via email, ensuring successful delivery. Your peace of mind is our priority, and the circle of closure is drawn upon receiving confirmation from us. In the ebb and flow of travel, we understand unexpected turns, and we're here to make the process as smooth as a well-worn path. Please refer to our 'Terms and Conditions.' 

• Up to 150 Days Prior: A 25% deposit is retained (except in extreme circumstances, such as death), with the balance paid refunded.
• 149 to 105 Days Prior: We retain 50% of the total expedition price, with a 50% refund of the total session cost.
• Within 104 Days: 100% of the package price is due and non-refundable.
• Credit Card Fees: Non-refundable.

Our policy emphasizes fairness, considering the impact on fellow explorers. Detailed terms are in the 'Terms and Conditions' section. Specific expeditions, like boat charters, may have additional policies, clearly communicated within each expedition.

While not mandatory, travel insurance holds timeless value. With the initial deposit being non-refundable, we strongly recommend embracing robust travel insurance for foresight. EpicTerra Expeditions advises securing emergency medical coverage, with options like trip cancellation and interruption.

Important Note: EpicTerra Expeditions assumes no responsibility for expenses incurred due to a canceled expedition, including travel, passports, visas, equipment, or supplies. These remain the traveler's responsibility.

In the vast tapestry of adventure, our itineraries suit those with moderate fitness. Some expeditions demand higher physical readiness, featuring rigorous activities like hikes, wild camping, chilling temperatures, uneven terrain, snorkeling, or high altitudes.

For your well-being, EpicTerra Expeditions may request a confidential Medical Form detailing your medical history. Those with pre-existing conditions share deeper insights via this form.
